Both John’s family and his career are rooted on the Peninsula. He grew up in the Belmont-Redwood City-San Carlos area and attended Carlmont High School as a long distance runner and member of the track team. In 1977, shortly after graduating, he began his career in real estate.
John’s first focus is family. He and his wife Jane raised their three boys, Niles, Alex and Dana in their long-time Redwood City home.
His longtime passion is bottle collecting, focusing on bottles from the local area. Did you know there was a dairy in San Carlos? Occasionally, he’ll have the chance to spend an afternoon in his kayak or digging behind an old house hunting for a great find.
Over the past nearly 40 years, John has established himself as respected and well-liked member of the real estate community. His clients and colleagues know they can always count on a smile and hearty laugh from John.
